How would you describe your style?
Documentary at heart, with an editorial eye. We care a lot about light, composition and atmosphere, and just as much about letting the day happen on its own. We shape things gently when it helps, then step back when the moment belongs to you. What you get feels considered and full of feeling, without looking staged.
What services do you offer?
Full-day or weekend wedding photography and film. We shoot digital and analog, as well as Super 8 and drone. Smaller civil weddings we cover too on weekdays or outside the main season.
Do you both photograph every wedding?
For your full wedding day or weekend, it's both of us. Two of us means two angles on the same moment: one of us on the first look, the other on the reaction to it. One story, seen from both sides. For smaller civil weddings it's usually just one of us, which is all the day needs. Depending on the scope we'll add a third photographer.
Will you guide us during portraits?
Yes, but in a relaxed way. Almost none of the couples on our site are models, and hardly anyone knows what to do in front of a camera at first. We give you a little direction when it helps and leave plenty of room for real moments to happen on their own. It ends up feeling easy and personal rather than posed.
When will we receive everything?
A few days after the wedding we send a small preview to tide you over. Your full, edited gallery follows within four to six weeks, and your wedding film about three to four months later, since it takes longer to develop and cut.
How many weddings do you take on each year?
Around fifteen a year, and that's on purpose. It keeps us fully present for each couple, so your day gets our real attention instead of a fraction of it. It also means dates go early, so it's worth reaching out sooner rather than later.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes, gladly. Most of our weddings are across Europe, but for the right couple we happily travel worldwide. We love an excuse to explore somewhere new.
What does the booking process look like?
It starts with a call, just to talk through your plans and what matters most to you. If it feels like a fit, we hold your date with a retainer. From there we stay in close contact all the way to the wedding, so everything feels calm and clear by the time the day arrives.
