Your wedding weekend in Italy


A wedding in Italy usually lasts longer than a day. Everyone has traveled to be there, so there's a welcome dinner the night before, a long lunch, the ceremony and a party that runs later than anyone planned.


We stay close when it matters and give you room when the moment is yours. The photographs you get back show those days the way they felt, with the people you love in them.

Our approach is calm. We stay close when it matters, and most of the day you won't feel like you're being photographed. We take on around fifteen weddings a year so that each couple has our full attention.

We do this because in 30 years, someone will feel something they thought they'd forgotten.

How would you describe your style?

Documentary at heart, with an editorial eye. We care a lot about light, composition and atmosphere, and just as much about letting the day happen on its own. We shape things gently when it helps, then step back when the moment belongs to you. What you get feels considered and full of feeling, without looking staged.

What do you offer?

Photography and film for your wedding day or the whole weekend. We shoot digital and analog, Super 8 and drone, and put together an offer around what you'd like.

Do you both photograph every wedding?

Yes, every wedding day or weekend. Two of us means two angles on the same moment: one of us on the first look, the other on the reaction to it. Depending on the scope, we add a third photographer.

Will you guide us during portraits?

Yes, but in a relaxed way. Almost none of the couples on our site are models, and hardly anyone knows what to do in front of a camera at first. We give you a little direction when it helps and leave plenty of room for real moments to happen on their own. It ends up feeling easy and personal rather than posed.

When will we receive everything?

A few days after the wedding we send a small preview to tide you over. Your full, edited gallery follows within four to six weeks, and your wedding film about three to four months later, since it takes longer to develop and cut.

How many weddings do you take on each year?

Around fifteen a year, and that's on purpose. It keeps us fully present for each couple, so your day gets our real attention instead of a fraction of it. It also means dates go early, so it's worth reaching out sooner rather than later.

Are travel costs included?

Yes. Every offer is tailored to your celebration, and the price we give you already includes our travel.
